Did you make losing weight one of your New Year’s Resolutions? If so, visit Dubai’s annual Weight Loss Show on January 27 and 28.  The show will be held at the Dubai International Marine Club and will feature five different zones offering weight loss support information, fitness challenges, and children’s activities.

K9 Friends provides shelter for stray dogs and finds new, permanent homes for them.  You can help by adopting or sponsoring a dog.  The dogs that are available for adoption can be seen on the K9 Friends website.

Emirates Arthritis Foundation provides support to arthritis patients through information, education, and support groups.  Arthritis can affect anyone, from children through the elderly.  You can support the foundation through a donation of your time or funds.
